How do I change my
password? - Please note that your new password must be different from the last THREE passwords used.
The FSU ID page is a new page that can syncronize Secure Login,Exchange and FSUID for OMNI account passwords.
At CAMPUS.FSU.EDU,
you can Reset your Password, Email forwarding
and other options.
(Note: Passwords require at least one special character.
The user services group has found that using –
or # is the best for most of FSU’s systems.)
What do I do if I forgot my username?
Call the Help Desk at (850) 644-HELP (4357).

FSUID creation requires the following credentials for activation:
- Students
- Use SSN and DOB
- Employees
- Use SSN and FSUCard #
- Reset password
- Students and Employees
- FSUCard and SSN or FSUSN
If both a student AND an employee -- it treats you like you're an employee.

Mailer, Exchange and FSUID for OMNI account passwords.
If you are having problems changing your password using
the above method, please call the Help Desk at (850) 644-HELP (4357) to have your password reset.

Novell Passwords
You may change your own Novell password. You must know
your current password.
- Once you have logged in, press the CTL,ALT,DEL keys
all at once.
- On the next window, click CHANGE PASSWORD.
- You will need to type your old password.
- Type your new password. Confirm your new password.
- Click Ok. You should see a confirmation that your password
was changed successfully.
If you have forgotten your Novell password or the above
method does not work, please submit a ticket.

NWRDC Passwords
If you have forgotten your NWRDC password or need it changed,
please call the Help Desk at (850) 644-HELP (4357) to have
your password reset.
***The only NWRDC passwords we reset start with fs (ie. fs1234).
