***You might need your Office CD!
- Go to Start and then Control Panel. If it says Pick A
Category on the top, look to the left and click on Switch
to Classic View.
- Then look for the icon called Mail. Double click this
icon.
- (If you need to have multiple users on this computer checking
Outlook, you will want to set up profiles. Click on Show
Profiles and then Add. Then follow through the properties
of each.)
- Click Email Accounts
- Select Add a New Email Account and click Next.

- Select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Next.

- Fill out the next window as follows. (Type just your
username. Everything before the @ symbol in your admin email
address.)

- Click on the More Settings button and choose the Advanced
Tab. Down at the bottom where it says Logon Network Security,
select None.

- Click Apply and then OK. Back on the Exchange Settings
Screen, next to your username is a button called check name.
Click this button. A prompt for a username, domain and password
might appear. Type your email uersname and password and
type fsu for the domain.

- Click OK. If you get an error message, call (850) 644-HELP (4357). If your username converts to your full name, click Next.
Click Finish and then click OK or Close until you are all
the way back out to the Control Panel. You can close the
Control Panel and open Outlook. You will then be able to
access your email.
