Configuring your iPhone for Admin and JES Helpdesk - Email Clients (Outlook 2003 - Adding a Generic Mailbox)

You can connect through AT&T's EDGE or wifi. If you want to connect to FSUWIN - you must authenticate via the Safari web browser with your FSUID and password.

Note: if you are connected via wifi to FSUWIN and remain idle for more than 15 minutes - you must reauthenticate (via Safari) - the iPhone will not pick up EDGE if you have authenticated to a secure wifi and have timed out.

Under “Settings”, “Mail”, “Add Account”, select “Exchange” type of account

Fill out the following fields:

Exchange Account Information
Name: <Your Name>
Address: <your email address>
Description: <your email address>
